Consequences of extramarital affair during pending divorce

I filed divorce under cruelty in 2016 still I didn't get divorce I got a good partner in my life I want to marry him but my spouse not signed my divorce petition and he took a video with my boyfriend while driving in bike will this video affect my divorce? please answer my question.
Videos need not be considered as a primary evidence always , however when you are already married to a person , marrying another is legally wrong ., and it amounts to bigamy,

This video definitely not going to affect your divorce. Only you are riding with a fellow in a bike. If your husband not agreeing for mutual divorce, you move the divorce petition yourself. If you are able to prove your case, you will get divorce. There is no need of his consent
