Consented divorce given by my husband

My husband has applied for divorce. We are of hindhu religion. We have a daughter of 4 years old.
I am not ready for this separation. Without my consent will he be able to dissolve the marriage by one sided divorce application.
You need to contest the family case. Divorce application for both parties. The court will never take a decision with one side. You need to file a petition for Custody of your daughter. Immediately you should appoint a lawyer.
