Consensual sex with two different married partners in star hotels

Sir, I am married but having a relationship with another married woman with mutual consent. We meet in star hotels and spend time together when we have to. Is this illegal? Can police raid star hotels to conduct search and arrest us for this? We rarely do this but just wanted to check and confirm. Please respond.

actually police conduct these rates in order to catch the illegality of prostitution that maybe going on in a portal based on a tip off. they have no jurisdiction to adult people who are involved in consensual sex, whether married or unmarried. but as is well known the police in India do these rates motu to make illegal money threatening to make public the names of the people who may be staying there.

No with your facts which you have put it across , no extra marital affair is not an penal offence anymore ...the top court of the country struck it down..and to clear your doubt why the police raid a star hotel if nothing illegal is going on , if you have any queries contact me
