Now my wife asking for maintainance for the son as well as claim share in property who is only 3 years old. I need to know about the maintainance of her as well as of the son and upto how many years i have to pay; and secondly about claiming share in the property. is this true in divorce case. pls. reply as soon as possible
when you divorced your wife, was it through mutual consent or contested divorce. Secondly was any maintenance granted to her at that time. if not then she has the right to seek maintenance as per law and you as per law are liable to maintain your wife and son,
