Yes 498 A IPC and Domestic violence can be invoked.

It’s not about allegations it’s about true allegation ! If she put allegations there must be some evidences in this regard. However, even if she doesn’t blame still on her statement she can get 498a or DV case on you …! Kindly b in touch
