Concealment of DOB before marriage by wife and in laws

I married 2021 as per Hindu marriage act My wife wants to file mutual divorce and said some amount which she need I also agree to pay but recently I found my wife conceal her DOB in that case can she increase her demand if I raise this issue she also said she will file false cases on me I have all Call recordings of her and in-laws in which they agree for xyz amount can she change her demand if I raise this issue now?

sir as far as I understand there is no issue in case dob was wrong
filing of cases does not have any bearing on the date of birth.
if you have agreed to get a divorce by mutual consent and some amount has been decided between the parties, it is better to get that settlement recorded in writing to safeguard your interest.

If both of you have signed some settlement agreement then she can’t back off now. And as far as the amount and false cases are concerned you should be the first to file the same. both the parties will have to sign mou that an agreement to mutual divorce of your does and don't . DOB has nothing to do with divorce but if she was below 18 at the time of marriage then u can go for voidable marriage also .After signing MoU you can relax for the mutual divorce .
