Marriage is 1& half year old.. have 6month old baby...my father is no more...my wife not adjusting with my mother... wife is degree holder....if I divorced her....i have net salary 27k.and i own flat. Which is on loan period if i divorce her... How much money and property I have to give as per legal
Yes, if you are filed divorce case, temporary alimony order passed by court, your salary 27k, so temporary & permanent alimony 9k to 12k monthly .and possibility to residents available to your wife and your child,

If she is earning then you dont have to give any alimony to her but to the baby u have to give what, amount is to be given that is decided by the court and hence that alimony would vary accordong to the age of the child
