Sir meri shdi ko 5 mnths hue h and me pregnant hu 4 mnths and in laws ne muje ghr se bhar nkal dia hai ar wps lejane nhi are hai mre sasural wale muje bhot preshan krte the jiski wjh se preshan hoke mne sucide attmpt b kia tha uske bad mre husbnd ne mri video bnai ar ghr se bhr b nkala ab lene n are pichle 2 mhine se me mayke me hu ar hzaro koshish ke bd b wo lene n are mko divorce ki demand krre h mujse brbr mne women cell me complaint to ki hai kya wha se kch positive result mil skta h mko

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

women cell wale try krte hai compromise ho jaye or agar settle nhi hota toh case forward ho jata... agar thoda bhot compromise krna hai toh kar lena otherwise apke pass kafi options hai apne husband ka mind sahi krne ke liye.. contact krye for free legal advice and free legal help

U can move your complaint at caw cell or nearest police station but I would recommend ki aap thoda wait Kare kabhi kabhi waqt apne aap cheezo ko heal karta hai …magar apna phone recording per rakho aur apna dhiyan rakho Thanks n b in touch
