combine divorce case and dowry harassment case

My co-sister filed a dowry harassment case in Bangalore against entire family and my brother-in-law filed a divorce case in Kerala, by stating above case as one of the reasons for divorce. My co-sister is now trying to move the case to Bangalore by pleading to Supreme court and I would like to know whether it is possible to combine a divorce case and dowry harassment case or nullify a divorce case by using the dowry harassment case?

Dear Madam, Divorce case and Dowry Harassment cases cannot be combined together. The Supreme Court may pass an order to transfer Divorce case to Bengaluru if your co-sister is having working place in Bengaluru or otherwise valid grounds. If your name is appearing in the FIR of Dowry Harassment case you may go to High Court and get it quashed.
