Mam after the commenncement of evidence, firstly the petitioners examinaition will be conducted and it will be called PE and yes she will be considered a witness and she can give other witnesses also apart from
her, and thereafter Defendant's evidence will be conducted and it will be called DE. A good counsel will be able to complete it within a short span of time and that counsel will also prepare you for the cross- examination.
