Clarification regarding affidavit of assets and liabiities

08-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
1. I have submitted my affidavit of assets and liabilities earlier. There are relevant changes w.r.to expenditure and also have health ailments to which I need to furnish the details, records and also increase in expenditure. Also there are details and some documents having financial information of opposite party. To submit it as permission petition should I include these as affidavit and submit prayer to consider the same? After this do I need to submit updates assets and liabilities?

Yes. To furnish additional documents Petition has to be filed. Permission petition needs to be filed first once it is allowed. Additional documents may be filed. It has to be in Affidavit and Petition format with proper prayer. Assets and liabilities can also be filed. It is mandatory.
