Claim of Property by wife during filing of divorce

Dear Sir,
If the husband has no any property on his own name but has on his own father name.Can his wife claim her share of her in-laws property?

yes wife can claim property weather is in your name your father name the date she is your wife you have to provide her accommodation and also after divorce Court can decide chicken climber not thanks and regards don't have to contact me.
