Claim by inheritance on divorced mither property

Can child claim inheritance on property of mother who has been legally divoced and custody of child was with father on paper. If dont wish to give her acquired or inherited property to child or divoced husbund what is way out? Registerd will?

A divorced woman if does not want to give her property to her divorced husband and or her son whose custody was with her husband then she may make a registered will to that effect and. dispose off her property as per her Will.

yes because divorce is Tekken from his father not from him whatever may be the child's biological mother doesn't change there is no way relating to child there is no any law the only way is that mother can make an gift deed and gift all her property to other whatever mother done can be challenged by son only in gift deed there is less chance to be challenged
