Civil suit filing in which court and 200 complaint

Can I file a civil suit in Bandra magistrate court..if not then where in Bandra jurisdiction..my lawyer saying cannot file civil suit in magistrate courtnnAlso to file complaint under sec 200 in magistrate court, do we need to write to police first regarding complaint

Using as true such declaration knowing it to be false. —Whoever corruptly uses or attempts to use as true any such declaration, knowing the same to be false in any material point, shall be punished in the same manner as if he gave false evidence. u have to file case in your area jurisdiction
