Child Visitation Expenses In Contestsd Case

15-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We have contested divorce case going on and is in initial stages and my spouse has filed for child visitation rights and the same was granted by the court and he was also directed to bear the travelling expenses to get the child to the court premises.and since birth of the child I have been taking care of the needs of the child. for the purpose of visitation rights. I have been producing the child in the court however he is not paying me the travelling expenses till date even after 2 times he utilised the visitan rights.. After the order was passed I have waited for 2 weeks and invested from my own pocket for traveling expenses. I also mailed him for the samr however there is no response. Please suggest a way I can get reimbursement for the same as my lawyer is always in favor of the other party and asking me to wait and not to put even a formal mail requesting him to bear the expense

in the matter as you have described in the facts of the case in this matter the visitation can be cancelled bybrhe court as a matter of non compliance of the court orders has not been complied so in this matter we can get the visitatiom rights cancelled in your fevour.

In your case if he’s failing to provide you with the travelling expenses then you are at the liberty to stop the visitation rights of your child. Since you have already mailed him regarding the payment and all that will serve as an evidence for you in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

your advocate is totally wrong in doing so l. If the court has ordered for your husband to bear the expenses it's better that you move an application for directing your husband to pay the previous expenses as well as the further expenses. Apart from that you should also seek maintainance from your husband under 125 for you and your child
