Child support and competition and stridhan which i got in marriage

If wife files case for divorce will she get maintenance, child support or stridhan which her parents gave to her during marriage? As i came to know if wife files case she will not get anything?

Sir It is apparent that you have been misguided a lot. Firstly, the articles given by her parents are called dowry articles not stridhan. Secondly, divorce, maintenance, child custody, etc. are completely different aspects, which need to be understood properly. You may consult me to get a detailed understanding of the same.

Dear client A wife has the right to all the above as mentioned. For the same an application under section 125 Cr.P.C has to be moved before the competent court. Please feel to reach out to discuss further Regards

If the wife files a DV or a maintenance case under section 125 CrPC then she is legally entitled to get maintenance for herself as well as for her child. And as far as the stridhan is concerned that was given to her by her parents at the time of marriage it will remain the property of the wife. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have got the wrong information ! You will get maintenance on discretion of court keeping in view your status etc ! You can claim your stridhan too ! Before moving to police or court look forward for a social meeting n try to sort things ! If water is above the level the plz b in touch
