Child maintenance k lie apply kar skti hu kya??

Sir/madam mujhe ye bataiye ki mein lagbhag 5 month se apne pati se alag reh rhi hu and job working hu ..meri ak 2 year ki beti bhi h..pati se islie alag reh rhi hu kyuki wo jis kamre me mujhe rent pr rkh rha h wo rent ka kamra rehne layak nhi h..jhuggi type ka liya h jaanbijhkr jis se ki mein reh hi naa sku usme ..lekin mere laakh smjhane k baavjood wo kamra usne change nhi kiya to mein apne mayke aa gyi ..or us kamre me wo khud b nhi rehta..wo b apne maa papa k ghar rehta h lekin mujhe apni maa papa k ghar nhi rkhta..to mam mujhe ye jaan naa h ki kya mein bache k maintenance ki haqdaar hu...wo mujhe pareshaan kar rha h taaki mein khud diavorce apply kr du..islie kamra nhi badalta ..pls help
You & your daughter both are eligible for a maintenance from your husband. He can’t deny giving maintenance to both of you. The question that arises here is that if you want to live with that guy or not. If your answer is NO you can file for DV and claim separate residence PLUS monthly alimony PLUS a lump some for the cruelty you have faced till date.
