Child Maintenance - Awaiting Court Order

My elder sister is fighting for seeking Maintenance for her minor child . Last date both my Sister and Husband ( seperate divorce case pending ) they submitted Asset Liability documents . We see that there are many incorrect Information submitted by Husband in Asset and income , but next date is Order date by Court , please suggest what to do and inform court that about the many wrong information submitted by Husband in Affidavit so that Order is NOT PASSED BASED ON false documents .

dear client as per your query since it's the order date and at end judgement you got to know all the proofs so affidavit along with proof to be submitted you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

after the asset liability affidavit is submitted the hearing commences where the parties can raise objection. so when the argument is made point out the wrong information and also carry proof of the same and you will get an order in your favour. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi University), Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
