Child forced to go with father during visitation

23-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I am 19 years old and I have a 10 year old sister. Our parents are divorced and we moved away from our abusive father and recently that man got married and is pregnant. He has given a case for child visitation and overnight custody of my sister. The family court has released an order for 10 to 4 visitation of father and to take her alone. She absolutely hates him and cries every time she is forced to sit with him. How to stop the court forcing her ? We are going to high court. Please help.

if the child is not interested to comply with the order passed by family court for visitation she can file a petition by advsncing the case that she is not interested and state the cogent reason in person and in petition. the court Will look into it and pass orders
