Child custody to father without divorce

How i can get the child custody without file the divorce to my wife. She don't want to leave because of i take care my old mother. She went to her parent's home with my son. Also stop allowing to access to my so. My son is 8+ years old. i do care all the welfare of my child, his study, medical & every thing. Any permanent solution for this issue.
You may file for custody of your Son without filing for divorce by making appropriate application to concerned court of jurisdiction. You have to convince the court that child's custody given to you is in the welfare of child.
