Child custody of 7yrs girl to mother and change in school

My husband always does verbal and physical abuse since we married. He ask for money from my dad, always takes all my salary, he always insults and illtreats me and my parents. He tortures me. I cant bare his hitting hereafter. I have registered my marriage in hindu law.nHe took my 2 yrs kid from me.. and 7 yr girl child also.. I want to file case against him and bring back the children. Can my husband take 7yr girl custody. I want my elder kid and also want to change school which is nearby.

Depending on the facts and circumstances child custody rarely goes to the father. You need to file a petition for custody of your children before the court. As the custody of your children is with your husband you need fight for it.
