CHILD CUSTODY OF 1.6 YEAR BABY GIRL TO FATHER

My wife went to mother home not return back. I scold to her lot of times because of their behavior. So now carrying 09th month. She donot want come back. She not allowing to watch my baby girl. Shall I get it child custody. If stay there after 05years also baby listen their words and not come back pls suggest.

okay I understand your problems so now you want to see your minor girl baby and your wife so if you need your only child you file G and Wc case and you want your wife and baby you will file R C R case so andb you only the visitation if your baby take a court order from G and w c case visitation rights through court and see your baby so for you need any legal help contact me thank you
