Child Custody Issue - Do Not Want. Father To Meet Daughter Alone

I do not want my 10 year old daughter to meet with her father alone except in my presence ONLY . I also do not want her father to take her anywhere outside Kolkata ( my present city of residence ) or outside the country . Is this possible ?

Since the child is minor so mostly the child should be in the custody of her mother, and if her father gets the visitation rights from the Court then it has to be separately put across to the Court that the child should meet her father in presence of her mother in a definite place and not taking her somewhere else. Is there a custody petition filed by or against you? if yes, then you can file petition in the said case stating your above prayer. If no case is filed, and you are making up the situation in your head, then stop worrying.

It might be possible depending upon how your advocate drafts your petitions and convinces the Judge. I will not say it's impossible but yes, it will require a sharp advocate. Hope that answers your query.
