Child Custody in case I am not financially stable

26-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I am under the process of divorce. Everyone agreed for the Mutual divorce however we have 3 kids for which we have to take decisions. I do not want to go back to my parents place as my mother is acting weird and not talking to me, might be she is finding it insulting to get divorces. She is much into society and respect and all so I dont want to move in to their house. Im not financially stable so cant take care of any kid as of now. What should I do in this case, kindly help.

You can take the permanent alimony from your husband. He is equally responsible to children upbringings. If he has not agreed T
then you can contest the case against him. If you need any more suggestion please contact me.
