Child Custody from my wife but still divorced is not happened

I am S.W. Abbas and working as Software Engineer and my wife is working as Doctor. We are not living together from 16th November,2019. We have one child which born in 14th Feb,2020. My son is living my wife parent house in Varanasi and she is working in Different city Moradabad. I am Software Engineer and working from home. Please how to take son custody from my wife.

hii Abbas from varanasi district court .. we can go for custody .. contact for further issues.. tell me brief about everything .. don't worry .. apko baccha mil jayega court se hmlog legal trike se try krebge

your son is very young and need mother also you both are natural guardians so you can contest for the child custody the best thing advised to you in your situation is that you find a heabes Corpus writ in d High court from the high court you can get the custody of your child as right now your child is living with maternal grand parents and they r not d natural guardians
