"Child Custody Case" Stage is Notice

Dear Sir, My Question is that my case next hearing is on the 9th November 2023 and the case stage is NOTICE. What does this mean? Do both parties have to appear on the 9th November or Notice will be sent on the 9th November to the respondent?

by 9th November the notice has to be sent to the respondent. check with your advocate as to whether the notice was sent or not. otherwise it would delay the process. if respondent refuses to take notice then request the court to send notice by whatsapp and email.
