Child Custody after the age of 7 (2 Boys and 1 girl)

Married to husband who from virajpet .Have 3 kids daughter 5 years , two boys age 3 & 1. Marriage duration 6 years .Husband has been abusive towards (physical & verbal) . I have tried my best to keep this going but have lost my strength to do so.Wanted to know who will get the custody of the kids once they attain the age of 7 Muslim law. Husband is not abusive towards kids

ln respect of the custody of children in Islamic law the provision is heavily tilted in favour of husband, unless it is agreed upon otherwise by parents concerned - However, you can get a divorce under a law which provides for such a relief to wives if you can prove the abuses -
