Child custody after divorce..am mother

Am mother of 2 kids ..2 sons..n1 is 10 yrs older and 1 is 7 yrs older..nAm planning for a divorce...to whom my kids will be under custody..nnMy husband is trying to get married to other women..he is forcing me for divorce ...nnBut he wants 2 kids..nHis age is 43 and my age is 39...nnI want my kids with me sir..nI am working ...for my kids..

No need to worry. When it comes to the custody of children the courts are in favour of mother and the father may get visitation rights. Only in very rare cases the custody goes to father that too when there is danger to children because of the mother. Welfare of the children is the primary factor.
