My sister's was an arrange marriage. it was fixed after engagement for period of 5 months but after 2 days of marriage, the guy is telling that he doesn't like her and he got physical rnwith her in that two days and after that he is telling he doesn't like her and has done domestic violence also and now he is having an extra marital affair what should I do

the sister has to decide whether she is willing to continue the life with her husband. if any violence against her then it should be written in complaint and legal notice should be given otherwise no use of further assistance

Hii, You may file Domestic Violence Complaint to the production officer in Collector office. Thereafter they conduct the enquiry by calling you both and file the case. In the mean time you may file complaint In the All women Police Station also Thank you
