Cheating case against boy friend

Me and My boy friend are colleagues he getting married a gilr by parents pressure after 6 months he cant stay in that marriege commitment he wants to give divorce to his 1st wife then promise me to marry me with the permission of their parents but after some days he avoiding me and he moves closely to his wife am asking seriously about their divorce but he asking time to set all the problems then i will marry you 2 years moved but he dont give divorce to his wife and he blackmailed me if you wants to marry me wait for some more days otherwise you can file case against me i dont care, what should i do iam completely hopeless about him iam still sincere feeling on him but he is not willing to give divorce how can i handle this situation
neither you nor anybody else can demand or request or insist or force a person to get divorce from his wife. The matters of marital relationship and divorce are related to those particular wife and husband and no third person has any role to play. coming to your matter, he may be your friend for some time but, there is no rule is in existence to be continue such relationships. cheating in your case would not attracts.
