Send a legal Notice through a competent advocate, send a formal legal notice demanding the return of the money within a specified period (e.g., 15 days). This serves as official written documentation of your demand before initiating formal legal action.

Agar aapne dating app par mili vyakti ko lagbhag ₹3 lakh transfer kiye hain aur ab woh paise wapas nahi kar rahi hai, to sabse pehle bank statements, UPI records, WhatsApp chats aur anya saboot surakshit rakhein. Aap legal notice bhejkar paise wapas maang sakte hain. Agar shuru se hi dhokhe ki niyat se paise liye gaye hon, to facts ke aadhar par cheating ki complaint bhi ki ja sakti hai. Proper legal advice ke liye documents ka examination zaruri hoga. Agar aap chahein, to aap humse legal consultation le sakte hain.

Based on the facts you have shared, you may have legal remedies to recover the money transferred to her and her family members. First, preserve all relevant evidence, including bank statements, UPI transaction records, WhatsApp chats, call records, and any messages showing requests for money or promises of repayment. You may send a formal legal notice demanding repayment of the approximately ₹3 lakh, provided the evidence supports your claim. If they fail to repay the amount, appropriate civil proceedings for recovery may be initiated. If there is evidence that money was obtained through dishonest or fraudulent representations from the beginning, you may also consider filing a complaint with the appropriate police authorities. The appropriate legal action will depend on the facts, the purpose of the transfers, and the available evidence. A detailed review of your documents and communications is advisable before proceeding.
