Agar tenant ne pichhle 8 months se rent regularly pay kiya hai, lekin ab job/personal problem ki wajah se 3 months ka rent pending hai, to sabse pehle owner ko written mein request karke pending ₹28,000 rent aur electricity bill clear karne ke liye reasonable time maangna chahiye.Agar owner abuse, threat ya force kar raha hai aur bina full payment ke samaan nahi le jaane de raha hai, to tenant ko confrontation se bachna chahiye aur WhatsApp chats, messages, recordings aur payment proofs safe rakhne chahiye. Owner agar zabardasti samaan rokta ya dispose karta hai, to appropriate legal action liya ja sakta hai. Rent payment aur room vacate karne ke terms ka written settlement karna better rahega.Agar aapko detailed legal consultation aur property/rent se related documents ki examination chahiye, to aap humse legal consultation le sakte hain.

We met one dating app. I met with her. She was taking money for shopping and day to day life expenses for herslef and her family member. I have transferred money to her bhabi account no many time. In 4 months she took money approx 3 lacs. She was always demanding money. When i denied then she blocked my number. I called to his brother but they were not coming to meet me. Agar aapne dating app par mili vyakti ko lagbhag ₹3 lakh transfer kiye hain aur ab woh paise wapas nahi kar rahi hai, to sabse pehle bank statements, UPI records, WhatsApp chats aur anya saboot surakshit rakhein. Aap legal notice bhejkar paise wapas maang sakte hain. Agar shuru se hi dhokhe ki niyat se paise liye gaye hon, to facts ke aadhar par cheating ki complaint bhi ki ja sakti hai.
