Cheated by girlfrend after being phsyical with me

I was in relationship and then I got to know that she was cheating on me. I had words with her and she agreed that she would not do that again and now again she is in another relationship and she left me. Can I file a case against her about mental harassment.

when she was cheating on you so do you have proof of that. what have you lost if she had left you and was there any thing between you that you are going to marry or something like that. what do you want to file a case for

Who is she ? Is she your wife? If yes then you can only have this ground of adultary for divorce and if not then you cannot take any legalities in this regard ! However it is always better to submit an apprehension intimation in this regard ! Plz b in touch
