Cheated and sexually and physically abused by boyfriend.

I was in live-in relationship with a man who cheated with multiple partners . Now he's denying to marry and his parents are not agree to marriage. He abused me many times . What would be tha steps?

Of course you can make a serious complaint in his name in the local police station or in Court, which will started to the case under section 376 (d) and 511 ipc and other sections also, And after filing the case you will be taken from the police station to the magistrate to give a statement of 164, which you will tell the magistrate the entire incident. After giving your statement to the Magistrate,Then the police will take serious action against him as per the order of the Magistrate.
