Charges for transfer of case from thane family court to Belapur

What are the charges to put a stay on an annulment case in thane family court and file an application in the high courts to transfer that matter to Belapur family court? Ongoing case is in Belapur court.

Court fees are minimal (around ₹500) along with minor miscellaneous expenses. Advocate fees will be there. A stay is not automatic - you need to file a transfer petition along with a stay application before the Bombay High Court. I can assist you with the complete process.
