Cases again Wife after 498A aquital.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I got acquittal from 498A (Contested). So, Judge discharged all the accused from the charge. Please suggest
1) what are criminal cases i can do against wife.
2) Can i take any steps against witness for giving false statement in court
(I am not preferring any Civil suit or defamations case, I am willing to take them to same court proceeding and trials.)
Yes.
Now you can file a matter against her for malicious prosecution. This is a Penal Section where the same process of trial will go against her and if she has any collaborators with her.
