Case to be filed immediate effect

My daughter's surname has been removed from school records, which is against the Delhi High Court's ruling that a custodial parent cannot remove the biological parent's name from school records. I plan to file a case. Also, a conjugal rights case is in the notice stage in the Family Court.

Dear Sir,   NAME OF THE CHILD & SURNAME: The custodial parent shall not be entitled to change the name or the surname of the child which has been given to the child as per either a ceremony performed for the same or the name along with the father's surname as it appears in the birth certificate.
