Case of 498A closed without permission of petitioner, what to do

My sister got married in july 2009.Her husband was already divorced and father of 2 girls.she has been hidden from relatives. After few days she discovered papers of his prior marriage after which she was beaten and tortured. being pregnant for 6 months she came to us for some day but her husband dint take her back stating that there is no one to look after her at his place. She gave birth to a girl child on dec 2010 after which no one came to even see her. Husband came just for few hours and went back without telling anyone anything. They dint take hr back. She got disturbed with all and got so ill that doctor even claimed that she will not live more. But with god grace she survived but with some paralysis symptons. She canont walk now.We filled the case against all the fraud and domestic violence she faced under sec 498A in 2013.Now she got to know case was closed in 2016 only and she is only getting called for maintenance case.She dont even know about it.What should be done know?
