Argument on section 23 done by my lawer but case not progressing ahead

Hello if the arguments of Sec 23 is concluded by your lawyer then it must have reserved for passing an appropriate orders on your application, please ask your lawyer to check orders passed by court or not? Or check with clerk in Court who has your case file.
