Case filing against me for extramarital affairs

Hi I need a urgent help i was in a relationship with a married man who is not staying with his wife from past five years and has recently filed for a divorce the wife has filed cases against her husband including extramarital affair can she file a case against me as well if yes on what grounds n what can do further about it. Assist me urgently

Well, she cannot file any Criminal cases against you, considering, Adultery with a married Man is legal in India. At the max, her Wife can seek Divorce on the ground, that, his hubby is having affair with you.

Hello, Extramarital affairs are not crime but adultery is a ground for Divorce Yes thier is be a possibility that women can file some cases But yes you have also some rights in your case and situation For more details and info about this case then contact us or visit to our website
