Case file destroyed as per court information how to get certified copy

dear sir, my sister taken diverse on 1990 from narasarao pet court in guntur dist,andhra pradesh, but she has no certified divorce copy, we applied certified copy in court 15 days back, yesterday they returned ca due to old files are destroyed, now we required certified diverse copy, so please suggest me

Hi
Can you check the suit extract register.
Normally this contains the summary of suits filed in courts and you should get the summary of proceedings outlining the names of parties, decree details etc.
Based on the entries in suit extract register, You can request the court for a decree copy

Generally. Old documents are destroyed subject to minimum 25 years . But file an RTI in court seeking the information and it's mandatory for court to have a digital copy of such orders or certificate.
