cant pay maintainance since not working

12 years into marriage My wife of 47 years and daughter child of 9 years have filed a fake 498 DV case, on me and my senior citizen parents.i have already applied for aba...i haven't received any written notice from police... Need guidance for steps to follow on a divorce process .. Unable to pay maintenance as I'm not working since past 5 years and living on pention received by father...Looking for a suitable lawyer who can help us in our case

Well, if you have not received your ABA, you should remain underground, otherwise, you can get arrested. At least hire a good lawyer to seek Interim Anticipatory Bail until either Sessions Court or High Court doesn't decides upon your Anticipatory Bail Application.
