Cancelling Marriage for silly reason

We were planning to marry on MAY 2021 all through all the rituals and has been done through church.. and we got engaged in OCT , suddenly there was a conflicts last week and he told let's end the relationship, immediately I went to his house and shouted. Only for this they want to cancel marriage adding to it he says I'm pin pointing his mistakes Now my mental and my parents health is bad as we are from girl side because we have distributed invitations already Proof: 1. Messages of promising me to marry 2. Message of him confessing he is going through mental stress from 22 years Please advice how can I file the case.

better we can get immediately injection from Court against him second marriage to another girl either you want to file the concern police station 420 case against team Falls from missing case against him better immediately

you can file cheating case against him and his full family and even claim for damages by the way of compensation through filing defamation case against them and even you can file case for recovery of amount make court order to marry you

Breaking the promise to marry is a something of a civil wrong . You can file a case against him showing to the court the proof of Engagement and other rituals in church . But you cannot compel him to marry you in this situation by either complaining or filing any case.
