Can women file 498A case on husband after he applied for divorce

Can women can file 498A case on husband after he applied divorce 10months back and is it valid in court ??

hi there is no bar in filing 498A case but if it is filed after filing divorce then their case becomes weak as it wont hold good and you could file quash petition in court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations
