Can wife file Objection after evidence... please help.................

I have filed divorce case. While conciliation failed, two dates were given to wife by court to file objection. On third date case is posted for evidence. wife not filed objection yet . Now what will happen it is in my favor? Can she will be permitted by the court to file objection after evidence ? Can she take stay or appeal in divorce case from higher court? Is it delay tactics for future? PLS HELP

As far as the matrimonial cases are concerned procedural relaxation to some extent is always given, especially to wife. Therefore your wife can file her objections, because she must be heard. Without her objections the case will fail in appeal. Let her file objections and then you can get along with the case.
