Can Wife demand husband to co-ordinate for having child ?

Divorce case is pending filed by husband. DV case is pending filed by wife. Husband deserted wife and tried to prove that wife deserted him to take legal advantage. So first he filed section 9 and when wife agreed to cohabit he contempt the court order which stands disposed. Interim got rejected for residential order saying that wife earning without mentioning the point of husbands desertion in order , Appeal going on. Can wife seek husband coordination in conceiving a baby? Wife never deserted.

Court cannot direct any person to conceive a baby. This decision is dependent on the personal wishes of the wife & husband. The court will never intervene in conceiving a baby. You may still seek interim maintenance amount from husband.
