Good afternoon sir In case you and your wife proceed with divorce by mutual consent, after the stage of mediation, there will be a settlement agreement before the mediator which will be signed in your presence. The agreed amount will also be mentioned in the same. Once the amount is agreed upon, it won’t be changed. It will be full and final. In case of any other queries, please fee free to get in touch.
