Can we take a long leave during Court proceedings?

Hi, I have few matrimonial cases running on me like 498a, DVC. I have an oppurtunity to travel abroad for few months due to nature of my Job. Can i take a leave from appearing court proceedings. Please advise on petition that should be filed for the same.

okay I understand your questions so now you will travel abroad but you have 498 a snd Dv case right but how many dayes you trevel abroad that is important and it logic to take time of your advocate only it is hidinf your advocate nowledge to take time till you come back India so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

It is not possible to take leave from court proceedings. Instead try to close the cases by going for mediaton and settle the matter. Cases like 498a can also affect your visa application depending on the nature and circumstances of the case.
