Hi All, Petitioner is working as per income and liability affidavit but later submits a false statement in memo stating petitioner has resigned job. In fact petitioner just changed the job and submitted previous company reliving letter.

Dear Madam,

Such misleading is happening then you have to find out the new company and apply to the court under section 151 CPC or relevant provision of law to summon such salary details from the new company. Simply saying that is working in new company may not be weighed much.
