Can we file Domestic Violence after 2 years

Incident happened on 24th March 2024 when my son was 11months old . I decided to step in my matrimonial home as my husband didn't bother to care for us . But he & his family members including his brother & sisters inlaws have beaten my son & me . I have filed 498A & maintenance case in May 2022
Can I now file DVC
Yes, you can file Divorce case now and you have to mention all the cc numbers and mc numbers in the divorce case.
You have to mention witness names and relationship on HMOP is must.
